LR Executive Privacy Notice

LogisticVerse LR Executive is a business operations app for authorized employees of transport organizations using LogisticVerse. Your organization controls access to its workspace.

Information processed

We process your account name, email, user identifier, organization membership, role, authentication and security records. Operational records can include LR and invoice numbers, vehicle registration, driver name and phone, consignments, destinations, document handoff and driver activation events.

Photos, images, PDFs and other supported documents that you select for upload are stored with their filename, type, size and operational association. Documents can contain personal and commercial information. Only upload information you are authorized to provide.

Purpose and access

Information is used to authenticate users, manage LR records and documents, coordinate dispatch and driver handoff, maintain audit history and provide support. Authorized users within your organization can access records according to their roles. Operational information may be disclosed by your organization to drivers, clients or consignees as needed for the transport operation.

Railway provides application hosting, database and private document storage as a service provider. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The app does not contain advertising or sell personal information.

Device access and local storage

The LR Executive Android app opens your device camera when you choose Take photo, or the system file picker for files you choose. This app does not request location, contacts, microphone or broad photo-library access, and does not perform Driver App background location tracking. The native Android app encrypts its session, cached trip summaries and queued documents in private device storage using Android Keystore. Queued documents remain until upload is confirmed or you remove the saved copy. Signing out clears the local session and temporary preview files; encrypted pending uploads remain available when the same account returns to the same workspace. Uninstalling the app removes its local data. The web version may separately retain its own browser storage.

Retention and deletion requests

Account and operational records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet your organization's legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and maintain required audit history. Removing an employee's access does not automatically delete the organization's transport documents.

To request access, correction, deletion of personal data or deletion of your LogisticVerse account, contact your organization administrator or email pavan@nyros.com. Include your account email, organization and request; do not send passwords or OTPs. We verify identity and authority before processing. Records required for legal obligations or organizational audit may be retained, and the response will explain applicable exclusions.
